I hope that all of you have had the start to a great summer. Things have been heating up in many ways. We are still in a very testy economy. I think that we will know more as we head into this next year. But, and I know that I sound like a broken record, we have the products that Americans need, want and deserve.

Suffice it to say, that as many industries are wondering where they get their revenues, we are sitting in the catbird seat.

But, I think this 4th of July weekend should be about remembering how far we have come as a nation since 1776. Yes, we are the greatest nation in the world. Yes, we do have the greatest opportunities and yes, we are the nation that gives more to other countries than anyone else in the world. It can become very easy to criticize ourselves and just focus on some shortcomings. But, too much blood, sweat, tears and lives have been spent to get us to where we are today.

​Hello fellow financial pros. I will keep this short because you need to get hold of your current clients and prospects as they are struggling with what to do next.

Let me start with income shortfall. Contrary to what some might think, the client is less concerned with the “size” of their nest egg and more concerned with what that nest egg will provide in retirement income.
