But, this year we are changing out tune. We are now asking, "What do you want?" Time flies by, so what are you waiting for. It is time to grab "what we want.” You know, when you were younger in the business people told you that you could do and become anything that you wanted.
So, what has happened? A few more wrinkles, a little more grey hair (or a little less in my case) and now we just decide to get "what we need.” Have you lost the dream? Maybe it is time for you to switch teams and have a new coaching staff.
