This was a great quote by Napoleon Hill. We many times listen and read about the greatest in this and the greatest in that. We see the same thing in our business. It can many times lead us to go elephant hunting when we should have been sticking to the basics and just write up more applications.
I believe that service being done in a great way yields tremendous gratitude from our clients and helps us in the referral business. Responding quickly to our clients is doing small things in a great way. So, what is my point? Please read on.
